Chave AL is a guest-registration platform built for Portuguese Alojamento Local operators, handling the reporting obligations that come with legally letting a property in Portugal.

It came directly out of running short lets in Madeira and needing the compliance side to be less painful.

It is owned and operated by Halcyonpulse Unipessoal LDA, the Madeira-registered company founded by Mike McCabe.
